Telangana Inter II Year Results Next Week

The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) announced the cancellation of Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) for the first year and second year students in the wake of increase in the number of coronavirus cases. Tenth exams are also cancelled. Earlier, Inter exams were postponed but now cancelled.

The government of Telangana said in its latest official order - “Considering the present pandemic situation prevailing in the State, Government hereby decides to cancel Class XII Intermediate public examination for the academic year 2020-21. Results to be declared on basis of pre-determined objective criteria. Secretary, Board of Intermediate Examination is directed to issue orders for promoting all Class XI students to Class 12."

All the first year Inter students would be promoted to second year without examinations. The TSBIE will declare results on the basis of pre-determined objective criteria. TSBIE secretary Syed Omer Jaleel was directed to prepare and submit pre-determined objective criteria for the declarion of Inter second year results.

He further added that the classes for Inter second year will be conducted from July 1st. The admissions for Inter first year students will be completed by mid July and classes for them will start after the completion of admission programme. The state government is also going to take a final decision on the syllabus for the academic year 2021-22. Last year, many students who don't have mobiles and laptops faced severe problem in attending online classes. The Telangana government is planning to arrange digital libraries in the colleges. The government has already given permission for 200 private colleges for arranging digital libraries.
