Hyderabad: Massive Fire Breaks Out At Chemical Godown in Pedda Amberpet

A major fire broke out on Friday in the godown of a chemical factory in Pedda Amberpet. Massive clouds of dark smoke was seen billowing out from the godown premises as people were rushing away from the vicinity in panic.

Four fire tenders have been pressed in to control the situation. Operations were still underway to douse the fire. The godown can be seen engulfed in flames. 

Municipal officials have reached the spot and are supervising the situation. JCBs were put up there to break the walls of the godown so as to douse the flame. The degree of the incident was so severe that the flames were seen from miles.
