Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Thursday started the second leg of his Praja Sangrama Yatra from Gadwal and is expected to cover nearly 385 km and pass through four districts.

Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Rama Rao wrote an open letter to Bandi Sanjay and termed the Praja Sangrama Yatra as Praja Vanchana Yatra. He said that BJP has no right to step into Palamuru. He further wrote that BJP cheated the farmers of Palamuru and now without any shame conducted tours in the district. He also questioned why didn't the BJP government give National Status to Palamuru Irrigation project. KTR wrote centre was biased towards Telangana and Prime Minister Narendra Modi failed to provide any funds for irrigation and other projects in Telangana.

KTR also wrote that centre denies purchasing paddy from Telangana state and will not release funds sanctioned by NITI Aayog. KTR said that BJP leaders don't have any right to conduct padayatras in the state and they are cheating the people of Telangana in the name of padayatras. He said that they should kneel down and apologize to the people of Telangana for their wrong deeds.
