Khammam Woman Falls AT TRS MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy's Feet For Job

A Khammam woman surprised all and sundry by falling at the feet of TRS MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy in a meeting. She is requesting the MLC for a job to survive. Going into the details, the woman was identified as Krishnaveni, who had earlier worked as a field assistant and she lost her job recently.

According to the reports, more 7,500 field assistants who have been taken as outsourcing staff for the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGA) in view of coronavirus situation have been removed from services.

The field assistants who were unable to meet the targets have been removed. 

A few days ago, field assistants working on outsourcing method for Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS) who have been removed from the services had launched a strike in front of the office of Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Commissioner and demanded that they should be taken back into duties. More than 10 field assistants had committed suicide due to the financial problems.
