Hyderabad IT Firms May End Work From Home Post Diwali

For almost one and a half years, the IT sectors and other sectors have provided work from home (WFH) due to the pandemic situation in the state. Now, we hear that companies are reportedly planning to call their employees back to the office after Diwail. The buzz is that large enterprises have already called back their employees to office. Few companies are following 50 percent staff attendance policy and while the other half is attending office at least 2 - 3 times per week. 

On the other hand, a few large companies have declared they will work from home till next year. Due to work from home, everyone have gone back to their native places, and the roads are empty in Hyderabad. Now if the companies decide to make their employees work from office, the city roads will get congested again. 

The Telangana government also allowed reopening schools and colleges to full capacity this month, so businesses may reopen as well.
