The All India Civil Service Officers and Central Civil Service Officers undergoing Special Foundation Course at Dr. MCR HRD Institute of Telangana have conducted a Mini Marathon Run of 5 KM in their campus to extend their solidarity for COVID Warriors under the stewardship of Shri Harpreet Singh, Director General of the Institute.

The Mini Marathon was flagged off by Shri Benhur Mahesh Dutt Ekka, IAS, Addl. Director General & Course Director. After participating in the marathon, the course director addressed the Officer Trainees and lauded the onerous services rendered by the COVID warriors, Doctors, Nurses, Sanitation Workers & the Police for the past one year and termed them as real hero’s being COVID warriors.

While appreciating all the Officer Trainees, who participated in Mini Marathon, the Course Director Shri Benhur Mahesh Dutt Ekka, IAS felicitated the winners of the marathon run.

Shri L. Mukesh Kumar, IPS & Ms. Kanta Jangir, IPS bagged the first prize among the men and women respectively. Others who bagged the prizes include the Officer Trainees Shri Yow Peter Raiphea, Shri. Rajarshi Raj Varma, Ms. Vishakha Ashok Bhadane, & Ms. Suman Beniwal.

Smt. Divya Parmar, IES, Addl. Course Director and Dr. Srinivas Peddaboina, Sports Coordinator participated in the event along with other Faculty and Staff members.
