Bodhan MLA Mohammed Shakir Amir's son Raheel Amir has got a clean chit from Jubilee Hills Police as he was not driving the vehicle that was involved in the accident in which a two-month-old Ranveer Chouhan has died. The accident took place on March 17. After the investigation, it was revealed that 19-year-old Syed Afnan Ahmed, Raheel's cousin was behind the wheels at the time of the accident and he was arrested.

Along with Raheel and Afnan three others were in the car. The police also said that there is no possibility of the youngster driving the car under the influence of alcohol as it was a dry day on account of the Holi festival.

On March 17th, a vehicle hit three women who were selling balloons on Jubilee Hills Road No 45 at around 8:30 PM. One of the women was carrying two infants. When the car hit her, she dropped her two month old baby on the road and he died immediately. After the accident, those who were in the car abandoned the vehicle and fled from the spot but what grabbed the attention is that vehicle had an MLA sticker on it. A day after the accident, the police identified the youngsters and they have been arrested.
