Allipoola Vennela Bathukamma Song 2021: TRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavita launched- ‘Allipoola Vennela' song in Hyderabad to commemorate the commencement of the Telangana Bathukamma Festival. Kavitha and director Gautham Vasudev Menon released the song created by her organisation Telangana Jagruthi ahead of the festivities.

Music maestro and Academy Award Winner AR Rahman composed the song, which was sung by Uthara Unnikrishnan, written by lyricist Mittapalli Surender, and choreographed by national award winner Brinda. Gautham Vasudev Menon directed the song which was shot in the fields of Bhoodan Pochampally region.

It is for the first time that a Tamil movie Director Gautham Vasudev Menon has directed a Bathukamma video song for the women of Telangana for which the music has been composed by maestro AR Rahman.

The song Allipoola Vennela Bathukamma was launched on Tuesday simultaneously by Gautham Vasudev Menon, AR Rehman and TRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha on their social media handles. Incidentally, K Kavitha also features in the song where she is seen playing Bathumma with the ladies in the video.
