The Indian men's compound archery team defeated France by two points in an exciting final match and won the gold medal in consecutive World Cup stages.

In a rematch of the Stage 1 final, the fourth-seeded men's team of Abhishek Verma, Aman Saini, and Rajat Chauhan trailed their sixth-seeded opponents in the opening two ends.

The three won the World Cup Stage 2 gold by a score of 232-230 over their French rivals, Adrien Gontier, Jean Philippe Boulch, and Quentin Baraer

The same Indian three upset France by one point in the last World Cup final in Antalya in April.
