IND W vs AUS W: Twitterati Celebrate Smriti Mandhana's Century in Australia

Indian women’s team opener Smriti Mandhana scored her first Test century against Australian women, breaking several records in the Pink-Ball Test.

Earlier, Australia won the toss and invited the visitors to bat. Mandhana took full advantage of this chance and broke all the records. She made history by being the first Indian cricketer to make a century in a pink-ball Test.  Mandhana, who is playing her third Test match, is playing an excellent knock against the Australian bowlers. 

 On day one, Smriti Mandhana and Shafali Verma put on a 96-run opening partnership. However, the play was halted due to insufficient lighting.

Indian players started the second day on a high note. Mandhana is presently slightly over a ton, and she has a partnership with Punam Raut that is also getting close to 100.

After Smriti Mandhana achieved her feat, former cricketers and netizens started praising the batter.
