Puneeth Rajkumar, who is known as the Power Star of Sandalwood, is riding high on the success of his recent release "Yuvarathnaa" which is raking in whopping moolah at the box office worldwide. Looking at the overwhelming response to the movie, the makers of the movie are looking forward to extending the theatre list. The film has kept the cash registers ringing at the box office.
The latest we hear is that Puneeth Rajkumar's Yuvarathnaa digital rights have been bagged by Amazon Prime Video for a record price. Last year, speculations were rife about Yuvarathnaa releasing directly on the OTT platform Prime Video. But, the makers did not approve of a straight digital release of Yuvarathnaa as the team had put in efforts into the film for more than two years.

If the latest reports doing the rounds in Gandhinagar are anything to go by, then Yuvarathnaa is likely to start streaming on Amazon Prime Video from the third week of April. However, an official confirmation regarding the news is awaited.

Yuvarathnaa is directed by Santosh Anandrram and produced under the Homable films banner by Vijay Kiragandur. The film features Sayyesha, Sonu Gowda, Dhananjay and Prakash Raj among others who are seen in prominent roles.
The film which hit theatres on Thursday has received rave reviews from audience and critics alike. The film is all set to have its digital release after the end of its theatrical run.
