This series is all about the story of three best friends- Ritu, Jhanvi and Indu who reunite when their families call them back to Hyderabad to get the girls married and settled. While the girls try to digest this process, they happen to witness a series of events that adds huge modifications to their lives.

Mastis is about an ad film-maker who manages his relationships without knowing his wife. Pranav gifts his wife a lounge bar called Mastis and makes her busy in the business and continues his illegal relationships. Then, there is Tanya, a musician who wanted to make it big with her band by performing at Mastis. Twists arise after Pranav's wife know about his true colours. How will Pranav deal with these is the plot of the series.

This is a series that revolves around a couple Anu and Phani having a long-distance relationship.
