Buzz has it that Ram Charan is charging approximately Rs. 3 crores to represent Hotstar in ads. Ram Charan's contract with Hotstar is likely to be for a year. In addition, Hotstar is currently concentrating on creating several Telugu originals, including Telugu web series and films. Charan as a brand ambassador at a time when RRR is releasing will get Hotstar more Telugu subscribers.
