Republic Day Parade 2024: Want to be a part of celebrations of the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the constitution this Republic Day? Fret not, you can buy the tickets online too. This Republic day is going to be an exceptional one as the 75th Republic Day parade will be women-centric and the women marching contingents will form the major chunk of the parade.

For the first time, the parade will be heralded by 100 women artists playing Indian musical instruments. The parade will commence with the music of Sankh, Naadswaram, Nagada, etc. to be played by women artists.

Ticket Price: Rs 500 for reserved seats, Rs 20 for unreserved seats

Online ticket sales will remain open till 25 January. The availability of tickets will depend on the daily allocation of tickets. Therefore, it is suggested to book your tickets as soon as possible. You can follow the steps given below to purchase tickets online:

Visit the Ministry of Defence’ official website
Register by entering your name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth. You need to verify your identity by inputting the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
Select the desired event such as; FDR Republic day Parade, Republic Day Parade, or Beating the retreat
For each ticket, you need to provide attendee’s name, address, age, gender, and photo ID. Driving licence, passport, voter ID, PAN Card, or Aadhar card can be provided as Photo ID
Choose the category and number of tickets you plan to purchase. Each individual is allowed to buy up to four tickets
You can pay online using your debit card, credit card, or UPI
Download and print your e-ticket. You will need to carry your original photo ID proof on the event day. Scan the QR code at the entry gate to access the venue
