45 Crore People in India Vaccinated

The cumulative COVID-19 vaccination coverage in India has surpassed the 45 crore level.

In the last 24 hours, more than 43 lakh vaccination doses have been delivered.

The recovery rate is now at 97.38 per cent.

In the last 24 hours, 43,509 new cases were reported.

India's active caseload (4,03,840) accounts for 1.28 per cent of the overall caseload.

The Daily Positivity Rate (2.52 per cent) for 52 days in a row is less than 5%.

New Delhi: COVID-19 vaccination coverage in India reached 45 crore, people, yesterday. According to the provisional data, 45,07,06,257 vaccination doses have been delivered during 54,11,501 sessions as of 8 a.m. today (July 30th). In the last 24 hours, 43,92,697 vaccination doses have been administered.

The next phase of COVID-19 vaccine universalization started on June 21, 2021. The Union Government is dedicated to speeding up COVID-19 vaccination and extending its coverage across the country.

3,07,01,612 individuals have recovered from COVID-19 since the beginning of the pandemic, with 38,465 recovering in the last 24 hours. This equates to a 97.38 per cent total recovery rate.

In the last 24 hours, India has recorded 43,509 new cases.

For the past thirty-two days, less than 50,000 Daily New Cases have been recorded. This is the outcome of the Centre's and the States'/UTs' continued and coordinated efforts.

Today, India's active caseload is at 4,03,840, accounting for 1.28 per cent of the country's total positive cases.

In the last 24 hours, a total of 17,28,795 tests were done around the country, thanks to significantly increased testing capacity. India has already performed nearly 46 crores (46,26,29,773) tests in total.

While testing capacity has been increased across the country, the Weekly Positivity Rate is now 2.38 per cent, and the Daily Positivity Rate is now 2.52 per cent. For the last 52 days, the daily positivity rate has stayed below 5%.
