Microsoft Internship 2021: The Microsoft internship programme for 2021 has been launched, and interested participants can apply online for up to 50,000 positions on the AICTE TULIP portal. Microsoft has introduced the Future Ready Talent initiative, which is a collaborative virtual internship programme for students in their second and third years of college. The internship is being provided in collaboration with AICTE, FutureSkills Prime, a NASSCOM and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) digital skilling programme, Ernst & Young (EY), GitHub, and Quess Corp.

Future Ready Talent is a virtual internship platform that allows you to gain in-demand Azure cloud and security skills that are matched with business requirements. The programme is designed to prepare students to focus on addressing business problems and developing new solutions utilising Microsoft Azure and GitHub technologies. Students will have access to the GitHub student developer bundle, which includes Azure for Students, reduced certifications, industry workshops, and a certificate upon successful completion of the internship, among other things.

Who Can Apply for a Microsoft Internship in 2021?

Over 1.5 lakh higher education students who will enter the workforce between 2022 and 2024 would benefit from the internship opportunity. The following individuals are eligible to apply:

  • Students in any specialisation at the undergraduate level.
  • Should be accessible for 8 weeks.
  • Applicants must have appropriate skills and interests to be considered.
  • The TULIP Handbook and TULIP Guidelines shall govern the conditions of involvement.
