Watch: Street Food Vendor Roasts Tomato In Sand!
Street Food Sellers try different recipes and in India, one could get different types of delicious street-style foods. A few days ago, we have seen a video in which one could see a street food vendor in Uttar Pradesh cooking Bhuna Aloo in a big vessel full of sand. He roasted potatoes in the hot sand without using any oil. The video went viral in no time.
Now, one more video is doing all the rounds on social media. In the video, a man could be seen roasting tomatoes in the sand. Here is the video, just give a look at it.
In the video, one could see the man adding tomatoes to a pan with sand. He tossed the tomatoes for a couple of seconds and then they turned blackish brown colour. After that, he adds the roasted tomatoes to a bucket of water and removes the skin of the tomatoes. Then he cuts the tomatoes and serves them by adding a pinch of masala and chutney.
