Did Puri Jagannath Miss Another 'Mega' Bus?

The buzz about new films and interesting combinations is always alive. We see many people talking about those particular films and the different versions for the same news might turn out to be mere speculations after a while. But some turn out to be true as well. 

As per one of such buzz, director Puri Jagannath completed a script in the lockdown to start after his film with Vijay Devarakonda. He did have an idea to revisit Ismart Shankar universe also, say sources. 

Well, Puri Jagannath narrated the story to Chiranjeevi but the actor did not like it. The director always wanted to direct all the four big senior stars but he got to direct Nagarjuna and Balakrishna, only. He missed doing a movie with Venkatesh.  

But Mega bus, even after working with almost all Mega heroes barring Sai Dharam Tej seems to be alluding him the Chiru Destination. Puri doesn't want to give up and he will try again. 

In the meantime, he changed the story slightly and narrated it to Nagarjuna, say sources. Keeping all past differences aside, Nagarjuna accepted to star in director's movie but it will go on floors only in the second half of next year. An announcement regarding this film, might come on 29th August, on the birthday of Nagarjuna.
