For season 2 of Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, Divyanka Tripathi was offered the role of the female lead while Ishqbaaz fame Nakuul Mehta was offered the role of the male lead. But Divyanka declined the offer. She cleared everything and shared her reasons for saying ‘No’ to the show.

She shared that, I was offered Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 and I even did a screen test for it. But in the end, I decided to not do it for various reasons. The first is that she did not relate to the character and the second is that she looked older than Nakuul.
