Animal movie, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna, hit the screens worldwide today. The film is off to a flying start at the Box Office. The Hindi and Telugu versions opened to exceptional reception all over.

The advances were already terrific but there are certain pockets (smaller centres) without advances. Even in those centres, the film opened quite well. This is first for Ranbir Kapoor film to get such a reception in those smaller centres.

In recent times, it is one of the best openers for a Hindi film. Interestingly, the Hindi version got a phenomenal opening in Telugu states. In Telugu, Sandeep Reddy Vanga (Arjun Reddy director) factor and Rashmika factors have worked. The film's trailer got huge response before the film's release. Even the film's promotional event in Hyderabad became a great success as well.

In Telugu, producer Dil Raju released it and if trade pundits are anything to go by, it is expected that he will be laughing all the way to the bank.

In Hindi, it is predicted that the film may be close to Rs 50 crore nett or slightly less than this, considering the opening it got in mass pockets and also centres like Punjab and East India. However, it takes time to get the overall numbers of the First Day opening of Animal Movie.
