Deserter Pursuit (D.P) Season 2 Poster And Teaser Out

Ahead of its approaching premiere, "D.P. 2" has released a new poster and teaser.

"D.P." (stands for Deserter Pursuit) is a webtoon-based series about a specialised military unit deployed to find deserters. Season 2 will feature the main stars, including director Han Jun Hee from Season 1 as well as Jung Hae In and Goo Kyo Hwan as An Jun Ho and Han Ho Yeol from the D.P. unit, Kim Sung Kyun as Sergeant Park Beom Gu, and Son Suk Ku as Lieutenant Lim Ji Seop. For the upcoming season, actors Ji Jin Hee, Kim Ji Hyun, and Choi Hyun Wook are also expected to join the cast.

In the recently unveiled poster, Jun Ho (Jung Hae In) is shown standing among a group of armed soldiers, his face covered by a hat as he looks ahead. Even though the poster resembles the one from Season 1, Jun Ho's features have changed since the start of that season. The phrase on the poster that reads, "Nothing will ever change unless we do something," along with his dishevelled appearance, increases interest in the unfinished story.

The teaser also shows how absurdity repeats itself and how, despite the incident involving Private Cho Suk Bong, nothing has changed.

When asked, "What's our mission?" Jun Ho responds, "To bring them back, safe and sound," elaborating on the objective to bring the deserters back.

“D.P.” Season 2 will be released on July 28.
