Telugu anchor turned actress Anasuya Bharadwaj’s upcoming film ‘Thank You Brother’ is all set to have a digital release. The movie's release date on the OTT Platform has been confirmed. Being an Aha original film, it was first meant to release in theatres on April 30 and to premiere on OTT in late May.
However, with the situation changing getting due to the Covid-19 second wave and shutdown of theatres in Telangana, the moviemakers have decided to release it directly on Aha on May 7.
Directed by Ramesh Raparthi, this film features Anasuya Bharadwaj as a pregnant lady who gets trapped in a lift with an arrogant youngster played by Viraj Ashwin. Set against the current times of the pandemic, Anasuya experiences labour pains in the lift and with no one available for rescue, Viraj has to do something to save the mother and the soon-to-be-born baby. How will Viraj save Anasuya in the film?
While the music of the film has been composed by Guna Balasubramanian, Suresh Ragutu has handled the cinematography. The film is bankrolled by Magunta Sarath Chandra Reddy and Tharaknath Bommi Reddy. Besides Anasuya and Viraj Ashwin, the film features Viva Harsha, Kadambari Kiran, Archana Ananth and Anish Kuruvilla in pivotal roles.
