Chandler's love interest makes an appearance on Australian television to talk about the show's major secrets.

New Delhi: You'll never guess what Friends' Janice looks like now! Maggie Wheeler, who played the lead character, Chandler Bing's on-again, off-again girlfriend, was interviewed in an Australian news programme on Friday.

From 1994 through 2004, Maggie Wheeler played Janice, a fast-talking New Yorker, in the hit sitcom F.R.I.E.N.D.S for ten seasons.

During an interview on the Australian breakfast show Sunrise on Friday, the 59-year-old actress appeared as if she hadn't aged a day.

Maggie described her recurrent role as Chandler Bing's on-again, off-again girlfriend, played by Matthew Perry, as one of the 'greatest jobs' of her career.

'It was the best job ever really,' she said.

'The environment on that show was so wonderful, everybody was so collaborative, everyone was so friendly. The writers were extraordinary.'

Maggie claimed that before she was cast on the NBC show, she was friends with Jennifer Aniston, who played Rachel Green.

Matthew Perry, who played her long-suffering boyfriend Chandler, was seen with her on F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

'I was always welcome,' she said, adding that all of the main and supporting characters had fantastic chemistry.

'At first, it was just everyone hanging out, playing poker, and eating lunch together.'

She claimed that seventeen years after she last played Janice-who was known for her catchphrase, 'Oh, my god!'-people still recognize her on the street.

Janice dated Chandler Bing (Matthew Perry) in the early seasons of the programme, although she continued to appear as a guest star until the show's final season in 2004.

She stated, 'It changed my life in so many ways.'

'It's an honour to be a part of something so iconic and hilarious.'

Maggie expressed hope for a revival of the show, but confessed that the cast believes the plot arc is 'complete.'

There she is! 'To be able to step on stage and see all of your friends was phenomenal,' Maggie remarked of the F.R.I.E.N.D.S reunion show. On Thursday, the reunion was broadcast worldwide.

Maggie also talked about the F.R.I.E.N.D.S reunion special, which aired on Thursday on Binge in Australia and HBO Max in the rest of the world.

'To be able to walk on stage and see all of your friends was phenomenal,' she said.

The cast of the sitcom returned to the iconic set for the long-awaited special to reminisce about the show's history.

Courteney Cox (Monica Gellar), Jennifer Aniston (Rachel Green), Matthew Perry (Chandler Bing), Matt LeBlanc (Joey Tribbiani), Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe Buffay), and David Schwimmer (Ross Gellar) reunited on the Warner Brothers studio lot, where the original show was filmed, to talk about the show's history and influence.

F.R.I.E.N.D.S is one of the most popular sitcoms of all time, having aired for ten seasons and 235 episodes between 1994 and 2004, and fans have been clamoring for a reunion for years.

While the Q & A received some criticism for not delving too deeply into things that super-fans weren't previously familiar with, for the most part, it was a delightful walk down memory lane.

Jennifer's confession that she and David had a secret off-screen crush on each other while playing the show's most iconic couple was the biggest surprise.
