CA Jumps Into Hussain Sagar Lake to End Life Over Financial Issues

In a tragic incident, a chartered accountant ended his life by jumping into Hussain Sagar Lake in Hyderabad due to financial issues. 

Abhay Kumar Jain (44), a resident of DD colony in Bagh Amberpet left the house saying he had some important work. He did not return home till night. His family members tried to contact him but his phone was switched off.

The family filed a missing complaint at the Nallakunta police station. On Saturday evening, the body of Abhay Kumar was fished out from the Hussain Sagar Lake by the Ramgopalpet police.

As per the police,  Abhay Kumar had agreed with an acquaintance and purchased land. However, the partner demanded to give back the money as he was not interested in the land. Ramgopalpet SI Ch Nagaraju suspects that Abhay committed suicide due to his harassment.

The victim's body was shifted to Osmania General Hospital mortuary where a postmortem examination was performed on Sunday. The body was handed over to the family members. A case was registered by the police and the investigation is on.
