Puri Jagannadh’s Liger has created great hype among the movie audience. Recently, the movie team has released an update in which we can witness the team welcoming legendary US boxer Mike Tyson on board the movie. This was tweeted by Karan Johar who is jointly producing the film in association with Puri Connects.

Liger (Saala Crossbreed) is Vijay Deverakonda’s first Pan India project and Puri Jagannadh says that this will be one of the biggest action films.

According to the media reports, the makers of the film have roped in Mike Tyson for the pre-climax scene of Liger and this will be one of the greatest fight sequences ever. Reports also claim that the scene which has Mike Tyson will be the major highlight of the movie.

Liger hero Vijay Deverakonda said that he feels blessed and very much excited to work with Mike Tyson in his upcoming film.

Besides this, during the final episode of Indian Idol 12, he had made a promise to Telugu singer Shanmukha Priya that she will sing a song for his upcoming film no matter whether she wins or lose.

While Shanmukha Priya failed to win the title, she however earned her singing debut in Vijay's upcoming film Liger, directed by Puri Jagannadh. The movie also stars Ananya Panday in the lead.
