NEET UG 2022: According to National Testing Agency (NTA) reports, the National Eligibility and Cumulative Entrance Test (NEET)-Undergraduate (UG) 2022 examination will most likely be held in July.

The online application process for the exam will start in April. NTA is the authorized body that conducts examinations for the medical and dental entrance NEET-UG and will issue the notification regarding the same soon on its official websites- link 1 and link 2

The date and time of the NEET-UG 2022 examination haven't been released yet.

Application Process For NEET 2022

1. NEET Registration 2022 is officially launched on the website.

2. Complete the NEET 2022 application.

3. Submit the necessary scanned images.

4. Payment of the NEET application fee

5. Take a printout of the confirmation, for further use.

NEET UG 2022 Age Limit

The upper age limit for NEET UG has been done away with for all candidates this year. The age limit for the general category was 25, whereas it was 30 for the reserved category candidates.

Eligibility for NEET-UG 2022

All the candidates who have passed their board 12 examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology with English as a core subject from any recognized university are eligible to take the NEET-UG 2022 test.

The NEET-UG exam is held for admission to AYUSH, BDS, MBBS, Veterinary, BSc Nursing, and Life Science courses.

Exam Pattern And Marks

The NEET-UG 2022 exam will have 180 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology. Each subject will have two sections, wherein the first section will have 35 mandatory questions, while the second section will have 15 questions, of which only 10 need to be attempted by the candidates.
