Leading Smartphone company, Oppo has announced that it is planning to strengthen its service centre network across India by 2022. While the brand has over 500 service centres currently, it is expected that more than 100 service centres will be established in the country.
Besides this, Oppo has expanded its after-sales network in districts including Kudal, Modasa, Nangal, Udhampur, Mayiladuthurai, Dharmapuri, Hingoli and Thootupupudi.
Oppo India Chief Marketing Officer Damyant Singh Khanoria said that the expansion of the after-sales Service network is an endeavour to offer consumers an amazing and unparalleled experience with the products.
He further said that the announcement follows its efforts to give its users more reasons to buy products with more convenience and accessibility.
In the recent report by Counterpoint Research, Oppo ranked No1 in after-sales service experience, with 93 per cent of the respondents rating their experience as “very good” or “excellent”.
The lowest waiting time also was recorded among OPPO customers with half of the respondents being attended within just 15 minutes of their arrival.
