BTS’ J-Hope Accomplishes A New Milestone

With more than 15 million Spotify followers, J-hope is still rewriting the history books. His success solidifies his position as the most popular Korean soloist on the widely used streaming platform.

Just five months after passing G-Dragon of Big Bang for the number one position, he became the first Korean solo artist to surpass the 2 million follower milestone on Spotify on September 7, 2019.

J-hope has maintained his status as the most popular Korean solo artist on Spotify for the past four years, being the first to accomplish new milestones. 

Notably, J-hope ranks second among male acts on the streaming giant in terms of followers, and he is the fourth-most popular K-pop artist overall, reflecting his enormous popularity on a global scale.
