Guntur: Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy-led YSRCP is on its way to regaining power in Andhra Pradesh. The party is moving ahead as per the election strategy. The party has already appointed coordinators for the majority of assembly seats and parliamentary constituencies, indicating its readiness for the imminent electoral battle, as the Election Commission of India may announce the poll schedule shortly.

The party is reported to have finalised the list of coordinators for the impending elections in the state. As per YSRCP sources, the final list is expected to be released within a day or two.

These in-charges are almost confirmed to be the party's candidates for the forthcoming elections. During a crucial party meeting in Mangalagiri, the party president and Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy confirmed that, except for one or two changes, the list of in-charges will remain the same. The party is gearing up to unveil the final list of party in-charges for the upcoming polls.

At the party's grand Siddham public meeting in Medarametla, Bapatla, CM YS Jagan announced that the party's election manifesto would be unveiled soon. The ruling party is approaching the upcoming elections focusing on development and people's welfare, having fulfilled 99.5 per cent of the promises made in the 2019 elections manifesto.

Even before the Election Commission announces the poll schedule, Chief Minister YS Jagan is preparing to kick off his poll campaign from North Andhra. According to party sources, CM Jagan will launch his campaign from Ichchapuram on March 16, 2024, followed by campaigns in Vijayawada West and Nellore Rural constituencies. A plan is being devised for CM Jagan's schedule for upcoming public meetings and roadshows.
