Rayapati Aruna, a representative from the Jana Sena Party, Prakasam was attacked by people who are believed to be related to her party. Despite managing to escape the assault, Aruna suffered internal injuries, as shared by her in an exclusive interview with RTV.

Aruna spoke about the incident but didn't mention any names particularly. She said that the attackers were members of the Jana Sena Party in Prakasam district.

"They attacked me deliberately to inflict pain. It was all a part of a plan. I usually travel with security due to the constant requests for photos. Still, on this occasion, I was accompanied only by Charan as my security when we reached Nagalapadi," she said.

Aruna described a chaotic situation at a party in Kanaparthy, which led to a fight between Charan and people connected to Shaik Riyaz. Despite her intervention, threats were issued, and tensions escalated. The situation further deteriorated when Aruna was physically assaulted by Chanapathi Ram Babu. He allegedly punched her in her chest before she lost consciousness. She was then rushed to the nearby hospital where she recovered after treatment.

When asked about the rivalry with Riyaz in Prakasam, Aruna denied such claims. She spoke about different protocols for different party representatives.

"Riyaz spoke very cheaply about my financial position. I have call recordings of the same, which I have sent to Pawan Kalyan. There is no rivalry. I'm not aspiring for his position; I'm only focused on serving people," Aruna added.

When questioned about reporting the incident and taking legal action, Aruna responded that she did file a complaint.

"I informed Hari Prasad Sir and Ajay Kumar Sir the previous night. They assured me they would convey the message to Pawan Kalyan. A complaint was filed, and I've been advised to take legal action against those involved," she said.

Despite the internal turmoil within the party, Aruna expressed confidence in Pawan Kalyan's support.

"I'm not seeking anything special from him, he has always supported me. I've discussed the region's politics with him, and he advised me to wait until after the elections," she concluded.
