AP Sports Minister and YSRCP MLA RK Roja lambasted YS Sharmila yet again. During the closing ceremony of the "Adudam Andhra" sports event in Visakhapatnam, Roja hit out at Sharmila and her connections to political opponents.

Roja did not mince words in criticizing Sharmila's alleged ties with individuals like Chandra Babu and Pawan Kalyan. The lady minister made these remarks amidst rumours about Sharmila's recent meetings with political rivals, which caused a stir in Andhra Pradesh's political circles.

"Sharmila's political moves raise serious concerns. Sharmila compromised her family's legacy by aligning herself with individuals who opposed their late father, YS Rajasekhar Reddy," avered Roja.

Further, Roja accused Sharmila of working for Chandra Babu's party and reading the script provided by TDP. Roja questioned Sharmila's motives for associating with figures such as Pawan Kalyan, asking, "When Pawan threatened to harm YSR, why did she meet with him?" Roja expressed anger, stating that Sharmila's actions would hurt the late YS Rajasekhar Reddy's soul from resting in peace.

Roja lauded Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's leadership and affirmed that the YSRCP government is committed to the welfare and development of Andhra Pradesh, hailing him as the rightful heir to YSR's objectives.
