Cheating Case Filed Against Kurnool TDP Leader

Banaganapalle police have registered a cheating case against the former chairman of Banaganapalle market yard and TDP leader, Kodi Nagaraj Yadav. Pasupula Madhusudhan Reddy, Somula Prasad Reddy who belong to Bathulurupadu of Banaganapalle resides in Hyderabad. Kodi Nagaraj Yadav had introduced the Sheikh Arshad Basha brothers from Banaganapalle to Madhusudhan Reddy and Somula Prasad Reddy stating that they have contacts with the people in the Telangana government and promised them that they will be given jobs. Shaik Arshad Basha works for a private company in Hyderabad. His younger brother Abid Basha works as a home guard in Hyderabad.

Kodi Nagaraj Yadav who believed in the words of Pasupula Madhusudhan Reddy deposited Rs. 10.60 lakh and Rs. 1 lakh into the account of Somula Prasad Reddy. The victim filed a complaint in the police station stating that Kodi Nagaraj Yadav took money from them and didn't provide them with the job. Police registered a case and are investigating in all the possible angles to know the exact truth. In the preliminary investigation, it was revealed that they have collected huge sums of money from some unemployed youths in Telangana as well as AP.

SP Sudhir Kumar Reddy said that some of the agents are cheating the unemployed on the pretext of giving them police, junior assistants, and attendants jobs in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana state. He said that people shouldn't fall into their trap and should be cautious. He also said that they should report to the police station if anyone has cheated them in the name of providing them with a job.
