AP CM YS Jagan To Attend 39th CJs Conference In New Delhi

AMARAVATI: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will leave for Delhi on Friday to attend the 39th conference of Chief Justices. He will attend the Conference of Chief Ministers and High Court Chief Justices of various states as part of the conference. The Chief Minister will be leaving Gannavaram Airport at 3:30 pm on Friday and will be staying in the Capital for the night.

Chief Justice of India N V Ramana will be chairing the conference of Chief Justices which will be held at the Supreme Court premises. They will review the progress on resolutions passed in the last conference held in 2016, and consider the steps needed to improve the justice delivery system.

This will be followed by the joint conference of Chief Justices and Chief Ministers at Vigyan Bhavan on April 30, which will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the apex court said in a statement.

Earlier the Chief Minister along with his wife YS Bharathi Reddy paid a courtesy visit to the State Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan and his wife at Raj Bhavan here on Thursday.
