Despite being provided round-the-clock medical facilities, Chandrababu Naidu and TDP party leaders are reportedly using "health issues" in order to gain sympathy and get bail legally.

In a latest development, Chandrababu Naidu's lawyers have filed for a House Motion petition in the High Court seeking to immediately hear hear the bail petition citing health issues. The High Court has not taken any decision on the house motion petition.

It can be noted that Chandrababu's bail petition is already pending before the vacation bench in the skill development scam. The Vacation Bench is going to hear the regular bail petition tomorrow. In another petition, advocates representing Chandrababu sought the court to grant interim bail due to ill health. In the petition it is cited that Chandrababu has skin allergy and sought medical needs to be treated by his personal doctor. Babu's lawyers have mentioned in the petition that Babu has eye-related problems.

According to it, Babu has already underwent cataract surgery for his left eye and his right eye should be operated immediately. In addition to this, the petition states that Chandrababu has other health problems.

Meanwhile, Government doctors have already examined Chandrababu in Rajahmundry Central Jail. Doctors submitted a detailed report to the prison authorities on Babu's health condition.

Netizens and people are opining that TDP is playing politics on Naidu's health to gain public sympathy. The moot question is are there any takers for Naidu's illness claims.
