Bharat Ane Nenu Worldwide Closing Shares  

Superstar Mahesh Babu and his film Bharat Ane Nenu have become talk of the town ever since it opened in theatres. Bharat Ane Nenu received a positive response from several quarters. The film is all about an Ivy league student who accidentally becomes Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh state. He works on the loopholes in the system.

Within two days after its release, Bharat Ane Nenu joined the Rs 50 Cr club and became the fastest film to touch the $2 million mark at overseas box office. Bharat Ane Nenu has bagged fourth spot after Baahubali series and Rangasthalm in USA to be among highest grossing films. Rumors have suggested that Bharat Ane Nenu could have a sequel but we have no information on if and when it will go on floors. As of now, there is no official word from the filmmakers.

If reports are anything to go by, Bharat Ane Nenu has grabbed a closing share of Rs 121.44 Cr at the box office. Distributors who bought the rights of Bharat Ane Nenu reaped a profit share of Rs 22 Cr. And those who bought the satellite rights also earned a profit of Rs 66 Cr including all languages. Finally, it is clear that Bharat Ane Nenu had a dream run at the box office and it has become a blockbuster hit in his career as well as in Tollywood.

On the career front, Mahesh Babu will be soon seen in tentatively titled Rajasam which will be directed by Vamsi Paidipally. Pooja Hedge and Allari Naresh have been roped in to play key roles in the film. Watch this space for more.
