Teenager Murdered In Yousufguda Jewellery Shop

Hyderabad: In a brutal incident a teenager was killed in a jewellery shop in Yousufguda here today. It is learnt that Venkata Lakshmi (19), who migrated to the city 10 years ago, came to the jewellery shop to buy gold ornaments at around 5:30 pm on Monday.

Neighbors in the vicinity of the shop rushed to the spot upon hearing loud screaming, only to find the girl lying in a pool of blood. They have informed to the police, who reached the spot immediately.

However, the police have confirmed that no kind of theft was witnessed in the shop. there is no clear picture as to how the murder had taken place. But they suspect a person who was an acquaintance of the deceased would have been involved in the murder. The police have split into six groups to trace the person.
