Guntur: Newly elected Andhra Pradesh Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) President Kanna Laxmi Narayana on Monday alleged that Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu deceived the people of the state by cheating BJP, the party which helped him come to power on two occasions.
"After making full use of BJP, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) is resorting to blame game for their inefficient governance. During the state bifurcation, Chandrababu indulged in playing double game by not taking a clear stand. In the name of former AP Chief Minister, late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao's (NTR) birth anniversary, Chandrababu organized a Mahanadu, which is a stage for all the fake politicians. Chandrababu's activities are leading to distress of NTR's spirit," he said.
The BJP President added that it is because of Chandrababu that Congress party lost the recent Assembly elections in Karnataka. "And now against the philosophy of TDP, the party is allying with Congress," he added.
