Rangasthalam was also the fastest film to reach the $3 million mark at the overseas box office. On top of that, Rangasthalam has bagged the third spot after Baahubali series after dethroning other telugu films including Srimanthudu, Khaidi No.150, Agnyaathavaasi and A.Aa.

Ram Charan is being praised for his fine performance in the film. People are still raving about his character. Those who do not know, Charan took up the challenging role of playing a partially deaf person in the film. Samantha and Charan's fresh Jodi too has helped the film strike gold at the box office. Aadhi and Jagapathi Babu are seen in key roles and given their best. Rangasthalam is a rural revenge drama which was directed by Sukumar and produced under the banner of Mythri Movie Makers.
