Saakshyam Overseas Rights Sold

Tollywood star Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas has been trying to carve a niche for himself in the film industry. He was seen in various films like Speedunnodu, Alludu Seenu and Jaya Janaki Nayaka. But all these films did average business at the box office.

Now, the actor is all set to make a comeback with Saakshyam from a different genre which is touted to be a fantasy thriller. Right from the first look poster to its theatrical trailer, the film has already created much hype amongst the audiences.

Latest news doing the rounds suggest that Saakshyam overseas rights have been bagged by Red Heart Movies for a whopping amount. As of now, the figure of the deal has not been revealed, but the overseas distributors are working in full swing to release the film in as many as theatres as possible.

Currently, the film is in its post-production stage and yet to go for censor board screening. Earlier, the filmmakers had intended to release it on May 11 but they been pushed the release to June 14 due to various reasons. Allu Arjun's Duvvada Jagannadham actress Pooja Hedge will be sharing screen space with Sai Srinivas for the first time. It remains to be seen if the couple's on-screen chemistry on silver screen work its magic at the box office is yet to be known. We will get all the answers once the film officially opens in theatres.
