‘Nayeem Threatened Me’: Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy

Adilabad: The Congress MLC Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy on Tuesday stated that he was threatened by Nayeem’s gang in the past and alleged that most of the TRS leaders are linked to TRS. He demanded that Nayeem’s case should be handed over to the CBI.

The MLC was speaking at an open air meeting called for by the Congress Party to discuss issues facing farmers on Tuesday. Komatireddy revealed that Nayeem’s gang had threatened to kill him if he did not back away from MLC elections.

He also alleged that every TRS leader from Nalgonda was involved with Nayeem and that a certain TRS leader had made crores of rupees as an associate of Nayeem.

The MLC claimed that 99 percent of the names in Nayeem’s diary were those of TRS leaders. He demanded that Nayeem’s case be handed over to the CBI and wanted KCR to petition the Centre for a CBI inquiry in the matter.
