Lata Mangeshkar Admitted To Hospital: All Fine?

MUMBAI: Renowned Bollywood singer Lata Mangeshkar (90) fell ill this morning in Mumbai on Monday, November 11. The singer was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai early on Monday (November 11), saying that she was having trouble breathing. She is being treated under the supervision of the hospital's senior medical adviser, Dr Farooq-e-Udwadia. Currently her status is stable. More details on this are available.

Lata Mangeshkar celebrated her 90th birthday on September 28. On the other hand, Lata tweeted the first look poster of her niece Padmini Kohlapuri, who played Gopika Bai in Ashutosh Gowariker's film 'Panipat'.

Lata Mangeshkar's niece Rachana Shah told PTI that the singer had a viral infection and was getting better. "She was down with a viral infection. She is on path to recovery," Shah said.
