Alcoholic Stabs Two Wives In A Fit Of Rage

Tiruvottiyur, Chennai: A man attacked his two wives with a knife resulting in the death of his first wife and serious injuries to his second wife. Ramesh of Tirupur Karuvampalayam APD road, had two wives, Shanti (40) and Tilakavati (30). Ramesh was addicted to alcohol and would constantly fight at home.

On Tuesday night, he squabbled with his wives at dinner and in a fit of rage attacked both of them with a knife. His first wife, Shanti died on the spot, while his second wife, Tilakavati is battling for life in a hospital. Ramesh surrendered to the local police who registered a case.
