Hyderabad: After India launched its second moon mission Chandrayaan 2 on Monday, the whole country was beaming with pride with the spectacular feat undertaken by Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) scientists that was led by a woman scientist, Muthayya Vanitha.
Celebrities, politicians, common man tweeted their support and congratulated the team. But, Assam police that has up its quotient on social media brought out a picture of mission Chandrayaan 2 that was an instant internet sensation.
The Twitter handle of Assam police shared a poster of the original Bahubali film, where Prabhas, the film's protagonist, can be seen holding a Shivalinga, and morphed the linga into a moon adding a title that read, "Chandrayaan 2, to the moon and beyond".
The photo caption read, "Congratulations @isro! #With 'Bahubali' taking #Chandrayaan2 on a journey to the Moon, you have authored a new chapter in the history of Space Exploration. Not just India, but Mankind & even Moonkind feel proud and elated today. May the (F=mdv/dt) be with you!"
