The CEO of India's leading digital payment wallet Paytm, Vijay Shekhar Sharma landed in a soup! After lending his helping hand for relief work in flood-ravaged southern State of Kerala, the Paytm CEO donated Rs 10,000 for the Kerala relief fund through Paytm and shared a screenshot on Twitter.

He is one of India's youngest billionaire, Sharma's meager did not go down well with Twitterati. With a net worth of $1.3 billion, he was ranked as India’s youngest billionaire in 2017 by Forbes.

Although the entrepreneur contributed to the cause with a good intention, he was called a miser by netizens for donating a small amount. Soon, Sharma had to delete his tweet in embarassment. Check out the reactions to his deleted tweet:

After digging deep into Sharma's donation, it was found that Paytm allows payments of just upto Rs 10,000 at an instance. Till now, 197 deaths have been officially registered in Kerala floods.
