Nampally court issues summons to N Srinivasan

A special CBI court in Hyderabad on Wednesday ordered issuance of summons against India Cements MD N Srinivasan besides other accused in connection with the case pertaining to quid pro quo investments.
The court took cognisance of the sixth chargesheet filed by CBI against Srinivasan and others on September 10 and ordered for issuance of summons with a direction that all the accused in the chargesheet should appear before it on November 1.
