It's been quit sometime since we saw a good multistarrer in Telugu. The last time we enjoyed a multi-starrer was Nag-Karti's Oopiri and Mahesh-Venky's SVSC. Tollywood audiences are now waiting with bated breath to watch another such movie. Why not? Isn't it a delight to watch more than one star sharing screen space?

Currently, two projects are on cards one is Nani-Nagarjuna's untitled film and another one is Ram Charan-NTR's yet to be launched film to be directed by Rajamouli.

Here is an interesting update on Nani-Nagarjuna's multi starrer. The makers have completed the first schedule of the film, as per the sources. Sources inform us that they have erected a colony set which is set to be built at a cost of a whopping Rs 1 Cr for Nagarjuna-Nani's yet to be titled film in Hyderabad. Nani is all set to join the shoot of this schedule in the first week of May while Nagarjuna is likely to join the sets in second week of May after wrapping up his current film Officer.

Akanksha Singh who got a thunderous round of applause for her performance in Sumanth's Malli Raava will play the leading lady. She is all set to play Nani's love interest in the film. The makers of the movie are looking out for an established actress to share screen space with Nagarjuna. Earlier, Anushka, Nayanthara and Shriya's made the rounds but none of them has been finalized as leading lady opposite Nagarjuna.

The film is being directed by Sriram Aditya who last directed Shamantakamani and it is being produced by C Aswini Dutt. According to sources, Nagarjuna-Nani's multi starrer film is touted to be a Hollywood film, Analyse This 1999. As of now, the filmmakers haven't reacted to this Hollywood linkup. Nagarjuna is likely to reprise the role of Robertt De Niro as a Don and Nani is said to be playing Billy Crystal as a Doctor.
