MP Kavitha Congratulates ‘Pelli Choopulu’ Team On Winning National Award 

Hyderabad: Nizamabad MP Kalvakuntla Kaitha appreciated Pelli Choopulu movie team for winning National Award under best Telugu movie and best dialogues categories.

The 64th National Awards were presented in New Delhi by the President Pranab Mukherjee on Wednesday. Producers Yash Rangineni, Raj Kandukuri along with director Tarun Bhaskar received the awards from the president. The team on Thursday met MP Kavitha to share their happiness over the awards. The movie hero Vijay Devarakonda, his parents Madhavi and Varadan Devarakonda, music directors Vivek Sagar, Abhay Bechiganti included the team.

Appreciating the team Kavitha said,"Family entertainers and message oriented movies will always bring success. In fact these movies will also influence the society." She also said that the government will give all the support to the filmmakers who produce good movies.

Surprisingly, this was the first movie for the film producer Yash Rangineni, an NRI and director Tarun Bhaskar.
