Motkupalli, Nagam engage in war of words

While pro-Telangana activists were busy creating a ruckus in the Assembly demanding a resolution to the 'T' issue and disrupting the proceedings, another episode was parallelly taking place outside the building.

TDP MLA Motkupalli Narasimhulu and Telangana Nagara Samithi president Nagam Janardhan Reddy got into a fight over the Telangana issue.

The war of words between MLA Motkupalli and Nagam intensified. The debate got so hot that the differences between the two was out in the open for all to see. The MLAs who witnessed the scene were shocked to see the pitched battle between the two. It all started with a simple argument that eventually turned into a serious debate.

Sources say that Nagam criticized Motkupalli saying the latter's party chief Chandrababu Naidu had betrayed the people of Telangana.

Motkupalli shot back at Nagam saying that Nagam hadn't bothered about the Telangana issue till he was there in Naidu's Cabinet for nine years. The tiff continued for ten minutes in the Assembly premises.

Nagam also told to the TDP leader that he would not like to talk to Telangana betrayers. He also added that he dislikes communicating with people who are at the beck and call of Naidu. Motkupalli also replied in the same way.
