Momentary rage of parents causes two deaths

Momentary rage claimed the lives of two innocent children in two different places. In one case it is mother’s anger that took the life of a kid and in the other, a step father’s bludgeoning cost the life of a boy.

In UP’s Mathura, a hungry boy ate food at a neighbour’s house and this was enough to ignite a rage in the step father. Rajendra, a truck driver, was in a live-in relation with Meenakshi, who has two children. On Sunday, Meenakshi went to her maternal home, leaving the two kids in the custody of Rajendra. When Rajendra failed to give food to the boys, one of them went to the neighbour’s house and had some food. On knowing this, Rajendra thrashed the boy, due to which the boy went into coma and died the next day. Rajendra is now on the run.

In Tirupati, an inconsolable eight-month-old baby was slapped hard by his mother. Moments later, blood oozed out of his ear and mouth and the boy died soon. The boy was identified as Prabhas. A case has been registered against Karishma, the mother.
