MLA offers blood, makes docs perform surgery on pregnant lady

MLA and YSRCP leader Konna Raghupathi.Konna Raghupati went to Bapatla government hospital to plan for the developmental schemes and scrutinize the functioning of the hospital. Annamani , a pregnant lady was rushed to hospital at the same time. The doctors asked the relatives to take her to Guntur as they do not have stock of blood for transfusion.Seeing the MLA, the family members approached him for help. The MLA immediately directed the doctors to perform the required surgery and offered to donate blood if need be. This spurred the doctors into action and a surgery was accordingly performed. The surgery was successful and both the baby and the mother are safe and healthy.Everyone thanked the MLA for his concern and offer of donating blood.
